Instrument Calibration in Oinofyta & Boeotia
The corridor from Oinofyta through Schimatari to Thebes packs an unusual variety of heavy and light industry into a small area: metal processing, beverage bottling, paper and packaging, plastics and chemicals sitting side by side. Two things shape the calibration work here. The industry is process-continuous, so unplanned downtime is expensive; and wastewater discharge in the Asopos basin has been under sustained regulatory and public scrutiny, which makes discharge measurement a documented obligation rather than a formality.
Boeotia is about an hour from our Athens office, which makes it a same-day region for planned work and reachable at short notice.
Industrial zones we cover
Oinofyta industrial zone Schimatari industrial area VI.PE. Thiva (Thebes Industrial Area) Ritsona industrial zone The Avlida coastal industrial strip
Local industry
Steel, aluminium and metal processing
Furnace and annealing temperature, quench and cooling circuits, and the compressed air that runs the whole plant.
Beverage bottling and food production
Filling accuracy, syrup and ingredient dosing, CIP circuits and pasteurisation on high-volume lines.
Paper, packaging and plastics
Process water, steam and drying temperature, where consistency of the measurement is consistency of the product.
Chemicals and surface treatment
Dosing ratio and bath temperature, with aggressive media shortening instrument life.
Industrial wastewater treatment
On-site treatment and discharge measurement, under closer scrutiny in this basin than almost anywhere else in the country.
Typical measurement points
Industrial wastewater discharge flow, for permit reporting in the Asopos basin Furnace, annealing and drying temperature measurement Filling and dosing accuracy on bottling lines Compressed air consumption metering across large sites Process cooling water flow and differential temperature
